Any hope for me in Political Science PhD?

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I am studying International Relations MSc in TUrkey(Middle Eas Technical University).</p>

<p>I am gonna apply to US political science phd programs but I am a little bit hopeless.</p>

<p>Here is my quals:</p>

<p>MSc GPA:3.60(pending)
Undergrad GPA: 3.50
IELTS: 7
Government Scholarship(full tuition,fees,living expenses)
Strong recommendations
GRE: will take on 21 November</p>

<p>I dont think that I can get a good score in GRE, because it is very last second idea to apply US. Therefore, I havent worked on it.</p>

<p>yes, What do you think for my situation? Which universities should I apply to?</p>

<p>some of my list: Chicago, GWU, Georgetown,Delaware, Texas A&M, Virginia,Florida, Connecticut, NotreDamme, Pittsburg, Suny Albany,Ohio state, North Carolina...</p>

<p>No article and books.</p>

<p>Should I change my list?</p>

<p>I took GRE and its not well as I guessed. </p>
