Any idea when early action decisions usually come out?

I know they say end of January but that’s just their deadline, right? When do decisions usually come out for most students?

Last year it was Jan. 31 for OOS and earlier than that for in-state.

Based on last year thread, the legitimate decisions actually did not start until December 18th last year.
