If anyone can give me an idea of my chances of getting into the following schools that would be great!

Harvard

reccos: 2 normal, + one from school superintendent

any opinions would be great!

Harvard is a far reach, while your test scores/gpa are good, you really don't have an obvious 'hook' for Harvard, and kids have been deferred/rejected with better scores and ECs.
McGill looks like a solid match, because they only care about GPA and test scores.

don't see anything special here but i'm seeing alotta dedication in ur activities. i know that kids who got accepted early to top schools like harvard and yale from my school had only 2-3 activites....so ..just saying..u've got a chance

a d m i s s i o n c h a n c e s . com

i dont think anyone can really expect to get into harvard.. but theres no harm in trying

what about the other schools?

princeton may be a reach as well, upenn a good chance, and others great shot

why did u write average essays.

lets be honest, when your english teacher tells you great, wonderful....... how do u know how much they mean it. the essay could be solid, gramatically correct, but nothing extraordinary.

over the top essays should be few and far between, and i dont think im capable of coming up with anything that amazing, unfortunately

essays def in top of my class, but whats that to the other millions out there?

Harvard: 5%
Princeton: 10%
Penn: 20%
Tufts: 70%
Georgetown: 70%
Brandeis: 95%
McGill: 100%, since they use test scores and grades only.

mcgill is your safety... but they only look at your 11th and 12th GPA->is it true?

freshman year was my worst year academically.......
gpa for 11th would be 4.1, and i haven't finished any 12th grade classes yet since theyre all aps......

Both Clarkson and McGill are safeties for you. Brandeis and Tufts are good matches, and UPenn and Georgetown are slight reaches. Princeton and Harvard are reaches for everyone. Good luck, you have a very nicely balanced list.
