Would really appreciate insight information or advice about going into dentistry if you're an international student but studying in the USA or Canada.

I'm a college sophomore majoring in Biomed Eng so I have enough time to decide if I want to go to dental school.
I am wondering if any one pulled it off because seems like making the jump from international to practicing dentistry here for a while seems like a tough challenge.

Thanks.

Your best source of information about this would be to contact the dental schools themselves. Do they admit international students at all? Is any financial aid available, or would the international student’s family need to pay the full cost? What jobs are available for an international student after graduation?
