<p>I had mediocre grades in high school so didn't get any scholarships from UW-Madison. Say, if I have a 3.8 GPA in my first year of college, will I be able to get any merit scholarships from UW? I'm OOS so I desperetaly need some money.</p>
<p>Many depts have their own money for student scholarships that go to current students. Start checking ASAP.</p>
