<p>i've never had a problem with limewire. but chances are if you're genuinely worried...forget downloading music. safest way is something like itunes.</p>
<p>I think limewire is reliable. I switched from Kazaa to limewire because of spyware issues. I never had problems with limewire either.</p>

<p>For limewire, get a ripped pro version online, because the free version is ad-supported. For complete albums, bittorrent works well due to diversity.</p>
