Any MUST DOs on a Visit to CUA?

We’re planning a trip next spring (week after Easter, on our spring break) to visit Washington D.C. and CUA. My son may be interested in applying to CUA, and we wanted to get a feel for the school. Any advice on how to plan, what to be sure to do when we’re there? If we go on a tour will we get to see any class in action, or dorm life etc?

Our tour didn’t do any of that. We did go in a dorm that just looked like a standard dorm. There weren’t too many kids around the dorm on the day we toured. However, we found that by sending an email to admissions, they were very accommodating. They hooked my daughter up with some girls who are involved with her extra curricular activity and arranged for us to meet with them. The girls actually invited my D to come down some weekend and practice with them.

We didn’t care so much about the classes so I can’t address that issue in particular, but my impression is admissions would love to help you see whatever it is that most interests you.
