Any Online Admissions Decision?

Is there any way to see an online admissions decision or is a decision reached just via snail mail?

im pretty sure its just the regular mail. i could be wrong though. does anyone know if they are mailing decisions earlier than the 15th?

ive been hearing its the week of, and that acceptance letters come earlier then rejections.

no there is definately no online check....and where did you hear accepance come sooner than rejections. Would that mean like if you get a letter before feb 15th its probably accept and if after its a reject?

hmm I didn't hear about acceptances coming sooner than rejections, but I know they did mail at least some decisions because some people got them in the past week.. I just think we get them on the 15th at the latest, so hopefully we'll get them soon.

i think you get them based on when you applied, the only people that get them really early, like weeks ago, were uberly-over-qualified.

I'm 100% sure I heard that on this board, but I'm not sure from who. I think it might have been in someones thread in the what are my chances section, I'm not sure though. And yea I finally found on Clemsons website that theres no online check.

It would be nice to have an online check, but getting the envelope is much more exciting if you get in, and IMO less devastating if you get rejected.

Good luck to everyone getting decisions this week.

so not less devastating. The anxiety is too much without an online check.

i just want to know already!!! im flying down to clemson next week to visit my boyfriend who is a freshmen there, right around the same time i am supposed to get my letter. ill probably have to have my parents let me know on the phone :/

There is no online check...clemson does it the old fashioned way, which i appreciate. so many colleges have given up that personal touch. also, the students who heard early were scholarship awardees, but i was told when I called that scholarship consideration is not over.
