<p>I have had a lot of nominations(people's ambassador, medicine forum and etc), but did not participate in any of them because of financial issues. Should I even consider putting them on my college application?</p>

<p>I wouldn't. A lot of students get those and even if you participate, it's still not a very big deal.</p>
<p>No. Put only things in which you actually participated, no matter how prestigious (or not) they may have been.</p>
