Any questions about Choate?

I'm bored and I have a double free, so shoot.

Study for your exams now so that you can be around here in March to tell people about Choate before revisits.

We had exams before Thanksgiving. :)

Do we have to put our address on the left top corner of the envelop when we hand the letters to the teacher?

Well, you put Choate's address in the middle, and then stamp the envelope (my teacher mentioned that I didn't last year - I forgot) so they don't have to. I'm sure if Choate needs to contact you, they have your address because you probably put it on your pre-interview form. That would be a matter of preference, I think. If you want to be safe, go ahead. It won't hurt your chances!

@ bestswimmer: The return address indicates where the mail should go if something gets screwed up. Not enough postage, incorrect address, etc. Where do you want the mail to go? To you? No, what do you want with a teacher's recommendation. The teacher...well, maybe. Better still, put the school's address for the return address. Just don't screw up the address for the school twice on the one envelope.

are you a freshman? i know a girl who is a freshman at choate...

No, I graduated some time ago. But I'm blushing that you even asked!

"some time ago".

Good one.

lol, not you, d'yer maker. i meant olivia567.

from your arguments in the "do not go to boarding school" thread, i gathered that you were someone with a higher-level education. ;)

"someone with a higher level education"

That, too, is a good one. The euphemisms for "old fart" abound.

yes im a freshman.

okay, do you know a girl whose intials are M.B. with curly blond hair, from TX?

Haha yeah, that's hilarious. She's a floor above me. i'll PM you.
