<p>My D is in her 3rd year at 2nd Avenue Centre (formerly Jefferson 2nd Avenue). It is all-inclusive so one check for everything and is about an 8 minute walk to the Northeast part of campus where many classroom buildings are concentrated.</p>
<p>If you’re looking for walking distance, go check it out. You’ll find people who both love and hate most of the complexes, so it’s up to you to decide based on what is important to you.</p>

Agreed, you will hear good and bad about every complex. Visit them, talk to friends of yous that are currently there. Get honest opinions from them: good, bad, and ugly. Then decide which of the negative effects you negatively, lol. </p>
<p>For what it’s worth, D and her roommates have been at The Estates since their freshman year (3 years now).</p>
