Any restrictions to retake ACT

I was reading these lines on act website. My S took one in April already, can S retake the one in June?

•You may not receive scores from more than one test taken during a scheduled national or international administration (Saturday, non-Saturday, or rescheduled test date arranged by ACT). If you are admitted and allowed to test a second time, we will report only the scores from the first test. The second set of scores will be cancelled without refund.

Yes, he can.

Yes, thats talking about if you take the same test twice (by late testing).

Thanks! But how can one take the same test more than once?

If you take the latter date along with the first one, the make-up date one is automatically cancelled. You can take the ACT a max of 20 times if that helps = p. NOT including your state sponsored test ; ).
