<p>Im looking solely to transfer to a school in california with about 70 credits. My GPA is 3.54 and I am a chemistry undergrad. Im looking for a school that has a great "brand" name, and a semi-rigorous chemistry program. Im looking at Cal Berkeley for a reach school.</p>

<p>Are you a CA resident? If not, are you going to be able to pay the full UC out-of-state tuition?</p>
<p>Berkeley and Caltech are best, quickly followed by Stanford
Next tier is UCSD, UCLA,
Then UCD and UCSB</p>

<p>Berkeley has one of the best Chemistry departments in the world.</p>
<p>^ ya Cal’s College of Chemistry is the rated number 1 in the world, but u cannot transfer there, u must go to their College of letters and science</p>
