ANY suggestions for my best 'fit'

<p>I'm looking for good schools that have strong academics, but have sports of high importance as well. I'd like a school with a strong psychology department. I plan to move onto med school hoping to become a psychiatrist. Cost isn't important. </p>

<p>What is mainly important is the psychology department, very friendly people, small to medium sized, and academics and sports of similar importance and not extremely far from ny</p>

<p>Right now I'm considering some suny schools, mainly geneseo. I'm also looking at Boston College and St. Lawrence University just to give you an idea of what I'm looking for.</p>

<p>ANY suggestions on what sounds like it might match me would be extremely helpful.</p>

<p>Geneseo is OK, but they don't have good sports. What sports are you looking for?</p>

<p>cornell, princeton, JHU, duke, ohio state</p>

<p>To add to that, Northwestern and UPenn both have great academics and good sports/school spirit/that sort of thing.</p>

<p>Why not Williams? Huge on psychology, and well known amongst LA colleges for their competitive sports. Strong, challenging, and unique academic program and its small and kinda near NY.</p>
