Any third culture kids out there?

I was wondering if there was anyone like me applying for boarding schools :)

most likely a lot, but i'm really interested in meeting other TCKs!

I was born in Korea, and transferred between kindergarten two times and elementary two times, in vastly different areas.

In second grade, I moved to Illinois, in this quaint town called Champaign. During the two times I lived there (it was wonderful), I attended two schools for 2nd and 3rd grades.

Then, I moved back to Korea and experienced a normal Korean elementary (4th grade) for two months.

THEN, I moved to Canada and attended two schools for 5th grade.

For 6th and 7th grade, I attended this little middle school (only 50 students) on a small island and immensely enjoyed the time I had there. I stayed with my English teacher for 5 months, which was really interesting since I learned various Canadian daily cultures.

After Canada, I moved back into Korea and attended a normal Korean middle school for 7th grade for a year. (Different grade classification system between Korea and Canada).

Then I transferred schools to an english international school (still in Korea) for 8th grade. I experienced waves heavy identity crisis. lol.

After 8th grade, I'm now here in Hawaii, attending a normal, oversized public school.

SO, I'm currently in 9th grade and applying for 10th.

Did any of you move around a lot like me?

PS. Sorry if the post is disorganized, I just finished my application essays and my brain just doesn't want to organize anymore.

i moved around a lot, but ive stopped.

like i was born in spain, went to live in france, moved back to spain, went to england, lived there, went to florida, california, seattle, florida, texas, new york, then back to seattle
