Any Transfers here get the UCB Regents?

Regents and Chancellor's Scholarships

Notification of Awards
• Freshman Applicants: Award notification begins in April.
• Transfer Applicants: Award notification begins in May.

That's for UC Berkeley.

For some of you who might be wondering why you didn't get the invite for UCLA regents:

• Transfer Applicants: Requires a GPA of 4.0 in all coursework. Must enter UCLA as a junior transfer from a California community college.

3.9 might still be included, I don't know.

Other Criteria
The student's personal statement, letters of recommendation, extracurricular activities and overall academic potential are also considered by the Committee on Honors, Awards, and Prizes. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident or have official refugee status; must be a California resident.

The bolded part explained it for me.

300-350 transfer students are invited to compete for the Regents scholarship each year and have, historically, maintained a cumulative 4.0 GPA at their prior colleges.

That's just a guideline. Last year, a few students from non-CCC were invited.
