<p>I just called them and it was about a 30 second conversation. I asked if they are planning to use the waitlist for A&S and she said they wouldn’t know until the end of the week. </p>

GPA- 3.5 unweighted
SAT- 680 reading 610 math</p>
<p>@ 3pm today, my son will got off the WL at his first choice college. As we have already put a deposit into Villanova, I’m hoping his withdrawal will trigger a spot for someone who is WL at this fine school.</p>

<p>hey i also saw that guy’s post on facebook and i talked to him he got off the waitlist for VSB and is attending lol he said they called his house so every1 check your phones!! lol but idk i called villanova today and they said they hadn’t gone to their waitlist and it didn’t seem as if they would so idk whats gonna happen</p>
<p>I also called and they said that for the b-school, they took of a very small amount of kids off the wait list yesterday, and that I shouldn’t hear much or at all until late May/early June</p>
<p>^^^ good to know, did you ask for any numbers or stats or anything? and i also talked to someone who got in off the waitlist for business. stats were nothing special, so i think that group had some outstanding particulars…like alumni connections or something</p>
<p>I pressed a little for stats and she didn’t say any numbers. I’m gonna assume small is 10-15. I’m hoping the kids that got off shy away from accepting, cause the kid I talked to that got off the wait list for b-school said fin aid was very minimal at best; even though he’s going. Care to share his stats DiN009? And are you waiting on the b-school too? I’m looking at sending another letter to them by this Monday… Good luck to all.</p>
<p>his stats were 4.13 at a top public school and 540, 600, 600…as i said not that impressive by any means for vsb, and said he expressed a lot of interest.</p>
<p>Little upset/shocked. i have better stats base stats but dont know anything else like ECs or alumni, and yes im waiting on vsb, and sent an extra essay</p>
