During my chem final, I was so nervous because my grade really depended on how well I did. So, I got SOOO worried. My brain was, I kid you not, like congested. I could not think at ALL. I managed to do something, but it made my bladder work 10 times it normally does. I had to go to the bathroom like 10 mins. in, and I could not think of anything other than my urge to do so. I pretty much stopped caring about the final half way in. Any useful things you do to control your nervousness?

Just remember that 10 years from now (hell, probably 1 year from now), this test won't even matter. It's not like the SATs or anything. Just one class.

I usually try to realize that this is just a school assignment, and I treat it as such. Don't think of this as a test, think of it as busy work. And when you're applying for that job at Goldman-Sachs, they won't care that you bombed you 3rd test in high school chemistry.

.-_-.

Just relax and think of it as a really long worksheet/everyday assignment. I got extremely worried on my English 1 Honors final last year because all the questions required short answers (no multiple choice). I studied for 2 hours and somehow got a 99% on it.

If there is no way you can get around it, then you could work really hard in the class (bringing your grade up to a 98%-100%), so that the exam won't have a big impact on your grade

I know that last year when I had a 97.5% in Biology Honors, I calculated that I only needed to get a 60% on the semester exam to earn a 90%.

deep breaths
a nice gulp of water
give urself positive reinforcement
be like "ok u studied a lot and now its going to pay off"

you, my friend, are a nerd.

jk if you studied well, nervousness shouldnt really be an issue
