anybody celebrating pi day??

i am :D i'm baking a chocolate pi cake

i’m also celebrating einstein’s birthday, which is on the same day

In 8th grade I won a school contest for remembering the most digits of pi. Gift card to Best Buy.

My HS is too stupid to do it, so even though I forgot like 95% of them I’d still win by default.

I prefer to celebrate National Potato Chip Day.

I made a sign for a bake sale this Thursday that said: “It’s π day!”

Yes, we’ll have pie as refreshments…

My school is hosting the pi-day county mathletes competition
If we recruit enough members… We’ll have an A team, a B team, a C… all the way to a pi team :D

Pi Day has been mentioned in CC and no signs of people talking about the MIT admission decisions… I seriously did not expect this.

Of course… I can’t wait until pi day in 2015 :)

My school is. We are doing this big thing in math class.

Pi day 2014 is going to be unbearable. WHY YOU DO THIS MIT!?

All I remember is 3.14159265358979323846.

My friend is visiting MIT on π day.

I’m bringing Oreo pie into my Trig class on that day. :)

Haha my Math Analysis teacher (he’s a skinny old Indian man) made a little sign up sheet for us to bring in pie and plates and stuff. Most of the class signed up to bring something, but no one signed up to bring pie. Everyone was bringing cookies or soda so my teacher got all mad at us… I thought it was funny :)

No, math sucks

people who get accepted into MIT will most definitely celebrate.
me? no ill be nervous about my Chicago, Michigan (hopefully) and Miami (hopefully) decisions.
also, math sucks and is way too hard

I know somebody learning the first 1000 numbers of pi for charity :0

^^^wait. so no ones already done that?

well i’m taking the AIME on Pie day, if that counts as celebrating it ;)

^^^^ i love ur username omg.
