<p>I guess the key to getting in is to do decent at the summer program and be a URM (or, have a brilliant portfolio ... my gf had to rely on that).</p>

<p>no, it is not. Last time I knew, admissions had a copy of it to show prospective students what a sample portfolio looked like. </p>
<p>It had around 15 or so samples of work, i forget the exact number. Only one or two were actually architecture related, the rest were mostly art samples of all sorts.</p>
<p>keep in mind these stats above deal with not only architecture but also art and planning. overall, 65 students are admitted into the architecture program...makes it about 40% of all of the entering students into the AAP program.</p>
