Anybody who self-studied for AP World History?

I started studying for this exam in February but I wouldn’t really call it effective studying because I didn’t now how to approach the exam so I ended up dwelling on arbitrary facts too much. I own Barron’s (both AP and SAT), The Princeton Review and also have access to getafive.com. I’m outside US and have taken a World History course in my native language (but doesn’t cover everything on the test)

I have a week to cram in everything I need to know (especially for FRQs). I’d also like to note that this exam is crucial for me because I want to apply for British universities and my admission into them depends COMPLETELY on my AP scores. PLEASE no discouraging comments, I know it’s a huge mistake to procrastinate this much but I HAVE to get a 5 (for at least a 4) :(

Hahaha good joke. Seriously though, it’s going to be impossible to learn that much information in such little amount of time, especially if you haven’t been practicing the FRQ’s…when I first started writing World FRQ’s at the beginning of the year, it was pretty sad (and being honest, I’m a pretty decent writer). Now, they’ve gotten a lot better…Over the course of months, not 7 days.

So right now, just focus on the FRQ’s and look at the College Board notes, as well as a review book.
