anyone applying w/o 3 SATIIs?

Me. I'm a rebel like that. I have none. I refused to take them, because unlike a lot of other people, my list isn't full of reaches, it has 3, and it wasn't worth it to me. :) I took the SAT and the ACT, and I won't take them either. (I'm RD).

I didn't take them either. Since my primary test that I'm submitting is the ACT, the SAT 2's are not required of me. I think this is due to the fact that the ACT is more subject based already compared to the SAT. It might have been NYU, but I think I was told that people who submit SAT 2's don't necessarily have an advantage over those who don't.

what about people applying with only the SAT and no sat iis?! any hardcore rebels?

I would be that hardcore but my gc requires everyone to take both the act and sat! :D

I have 2 strongish SATIIs but one absolutly terrible one. My college counsler tells me not to worry that much but I am wondering if I should submit them. Any opinions

you have to submit them, if you submit the SAT. you can't pick and choose

Haha...I'm self-teaching all of AP Chem in a month for the November test date. The regular chem at my school sucks and I'd bomb the test with only that but I didn't have time to take AP Chem which is a two hour full year class at my school. So...I borrowed our AP Chem book and I'm doing about a chapter a day. xD

doing well in an SAT II foreign language test can sometimes waive the language requirement for some majors. :D

I took the SAT and 2 SATII's. Would it be bad to just submit the 2 and not take another? I don't reallythink i'd score strongly on any 3rd SATII.

I'm also taking the ACT this october and submitting that.
