Well then congrats to you too for getting accepted! Haha…thanks for helping! I’m just nervous my 3.12 GPA is so low compared to what it seems like everyone else had. Which profile were you referring to, though?

Is that weighted or unweighted? If it is unweighted, it shouldn’t be too much of an obstacle. If that is weighted, sadly I think the concern is valid but you would not lose all hope with the weight on test scores so far. And I was referring to the profile of the high test score/low GPA applicant combination.

What SAT score do you think would make up for that low a GPA? I think one of the reasons my GPA is somewhat low is because my school has very rigorous academics. But anyway, do you have any advice for SAT studying since I’m taking it one last time? Thank you.

I would say at least a 2100 if not closer to 2200, to have a chance. Of course there are other factors, but your GPA plus a test score under that puts Northeastern as a pretty high reach. Not much advice for testing, look over math for 15 minutes as a refresher if you’re in Calculus now, thats all I did for SAT/ACT.

Alright so let’s say I hit the SAT score you mentioned above. Do you think I should apply into the pharmacy program if that’s my intended major, or am I most likely going to be rejected? Maybe I should just apply as undecided regarding my major?? NEU doesn’t allow students to transfer into the pharm program, so I don’t know what to do! What do you think??

I have no knowledge of the program, I didn’t even know it was special in any way until I started reading that on here. Sorry :/

I want to put down my deposit so badly but my parents still don’t know if they can afford it. meh.

Do we have to put down both the enrollment and housing deposits? I’ve put down the enrollment deposit but not the housing deposit because the website says I’ve already paid it as well.

I was wondering the same thing. From what I could tell, the enrollment deposit that you pay($600), covers the housing deposit as well, although I’m not 100% certain. I’m going to call them tomorrow and find out for sure though.
