Anyone else apply for the LULAC National Scholarship Fund?

<p>It listed on the site that recipients would be notified today, May 15th.
" May 15, 2009: Applicants notified of scholarship award "</p>

<p>So if I didn't hear today, I probably didn't get anything? =-/</p>

<p>I was planning on calling tomorrow to ask how they inform students (through phone/school/email/mail).</p>

<p>Do y'all know if these were really hard scholarships to get?
Like the Bill Gates Millenium Scholarship "hard."
I thought I would have had a chance since it had several scholarships to hand out, and not that many people seemed to know about it. And it's only for minorities.
But then again, it is national...</p>

<p>I haven’t. I’m just assuming I didn’t get it.
Since it’s free to apply, they can’t send out thousands of rejections.</p>
