Anyone Else having problems accessing email?

<p>I have to say... Tulane could really use some technical help with the array of websites and log-ins and sub-sites. SO CONFUSING.</p>

<p>Anyway, I'm having to check my son's Wave mail while he's away this summer. Normally I go in through Gibson and click email which takes me to another page with a link to Wave Mail. OR, I use the bookmark I've set up for the email log-in screen. His user ID and pw are saved there so I don't need to look them up.</p>

<p>Today if I use the bookmark it takes me to a generic Outlook email page where I'd have to manually put in the user ID and pw.</p>

<p>If I go to Gibson, the email icon is gone completely.</p>

<p>Even when looking anything up on tulane.edu, you go from the old pages to the new pages and it's nearly impossible to find anything in an intuitive way. We never know where to start. Gibson? Tulane.edu? My Tulane? Sorry for the rant, but someone just needs to consolidate all of these sites.</p>

<p>This link is awesome for parental “mom stalking”. My son is back home, but I always like to know what’s going on, so I can prod and guide and pretend to be organized. He’s doing a pretty good job, but this way we can manage together and I can support him.</p>

<p>My son’s working all summer at camp so it’s really hard for him to check his Tulane email. I have to do it (but I agree with you…I’d be doing it anyway to make sure nothing is falling through the cracks!) I finally found my way back in, but again I just think the overall site is really poorly organized which makes it hard to find things.</p>
