Anyone else having technical issues with teacher rec?

<p>My teacher has filled out my recommendation on the Common App and also filled out her "My Profile" page. She cannot submit it, though. It sounds like she can't even find a Submit button anywhere. My guidance counselor has tried to help her, but she hasn't been able to find it either.</p>

<p>Is anyone else having this issue?</p>
