Anyone get an 800 on CR May 2009?

Anyone got an 800 yet? If so, then I unfortunately have to withdraw my claim that this is gonna be a really lenient curve.

which CR section had 23, i heard its probably the experimental…like what was it about

actually one of the real CR’s was 23. it was about chemistry and the african american girl.

real? confirmed?

Well, I don’t have any confirmed wrong yet (of course, there’s a ton of debate on the CR thread, but I’m with the majority on all the questions).

I’ve given up trying to predict the CR curve ever since CB decided to deny me an 800 for 2 wrong in a month when everyone thought CR was really hard.

i got two consecutive math sections, so i guess one of my math section must be experimental. the readings i had to do were celebrity, archeologist and chemistry. i think that fits.

and i felt really good about the disneyland one…

If the answe to “hold” is really Maintain, then I’m at -1 and 1 omit.

-2 for me so far.

After 30+ pages on the CR topic I think I have:

1 wrong, 0 omit.

1 wrong so far, going as far to say i might have 2 or 3 wrong. 0 omit
btw score me please?
Math: 0-1
CR: 1-2
Writing:3-6 essay 8

CR -2 so far… I still think it’s reemphasize a point, though, in which case it would be -1… :P

careyprice: unfortunately, the disney section was experimental

was the afro american girl experimental?

^uh… was that the louisiana one? if so, then no, it wasn’t experimental.

hmm im not sure but it was about a girl who goes from harlem to a school in bordentown and learns to be more self confident

i didn’t have any cr experimental, which i think is bad because i’m not feeling that great about the passages. =/

i most definitely did not get an 800. -.-

anyone remember some q that was like metaphor, understatement, etc. something like that?

wholegrain: then yes, afro-american girl section was experimental

how do you already know your score?

We don’t; we’re just speculating.

@ snargaluff: Yeah…one of them was metaphor and the one after that was repetition.
