January 2009 SAT I Curve

How do you think it will be?

like
CR -1 800
-2 800
-3 800
etc..
for all the sections

ehhhh.......my opinion is:
CR: -2: 800
Math -1: 770
Writing -1: 770

Writing -1: 770

No way.

Math probably normal -1 = 780
CR....what's the norm? Hopefully it's -3=800
Writing should be like -3=800 with a 10 essay or so.

what do u think will be
M -3
CR -8
W- -3 essay 8 or 10

hmmmm.....i can only hope for such a lenient reading curve, lol

M: 720-740 (depending on grid-in or multiple choice)
CR: 680 or so
W: 740

What do you guys thing 54 RP on CR and 51 raw points on Math will get me?

same thing as me

OK I have no idea how this works.

What if I got:

CR: Missed 0-4, Left Blank 1-7

W: Missed 0-7, Left Blank 4-6

M: Missed 3-6, Left Blank 4-10

I don't care what I got, because I didn't study and didn't practice for the time constraint. I just wanted to take it o get a feel for it and, thank god, I found most of it to be MUCH MUCH easier than I thought. As long as I can score above a 1700 I'll be happy. So, can anybody guestimate what I got best/worst case scenario?

is it reasonable to hope for 700 with 54 on CR and 740 for math with 51 for jan sats?

For CR, -3=800?

Seriously?!?

Is missing things and leaving them blank the same for your score? And HOW MANY QUESTIONS WERE ON EACH SECTION?

if you miss you get a -1 PLUS .25 deducted from your score.

If i left 9 blank and missed 3 on CR, what will my score probably be?

I need to know whether to cancel!!

If you miss one you get 0 points for the question, and .25 is deducted from your score. Not 1.25.

I omitted 4 in math but I felt like I did pretty well. About how many could I have gotten wrong and gotten a 700, 650, or 600? (I got a 500 last time by bringing no calculator, and miss-bubbling a lot.)

Not omits in CR, what do you expect for a 700? (I got a 650 last time)

No omits in writing, what do I need with an 8 essay for a 650 or 600? (8 essays last time, and 530 over all)

Thanks!

Any thoughts on math with 4 to 5 omitted?

Never taken the test before, can someone predict:

-4 CR no omit
-1 Math two omit
W maybe -3-5

So what do you guys think the curve will be for CR?
Lenient or harsh?
@iheartivy
probably mid 600s?

Cr would probably see 3 800 on the chart. It's OK.
