<p>when did you hear from NYU? did you get a letter or do they give phone decisions? </p>

<p>i have yet to recieve any letters--except for a very small depressing envelope from uchicago... =( </p>

<p>Received this past Monday (4/18)... I sent my app online via the common application on 4/1.</p>
<p>I applied as an economics major (CAS).</p>
<p>Honestly, I didn't expect to hear back from them that soon.</p>
<p>My mom left an IM on my computer telling me to call her because she had good news (yeah... my mom uses IM and has my SN... :))... and I was thinking that maybe it was UVA since that was when the first wave of letters were sent out.</p>

<p>Toph, when was your "application complete" at UMich? I'm just wondering if/how rolling admissions affects transfer students because it seems like a lot of well qualified transfer students are being deferred...maybe its because we applied late? I don't know.</p>
<p>Oh... I applied to the Ross School of Business (seperate admissions process)... I'm supposed to hear around April 30. Although... I didn't get my accounting course approved because of some mistakes on my part... so because of that, my hopes are kind of dimmed.</p>
