Hey guys, I'm a transfer student that applied in late December. After my application status saying my file was being reviewed for about a month, this morning it switched to this:

"Your application file is complete. There is no decision at this time. Decisions are typically made 10 to 12 weeks after all application materials are received. Once the Admissions Review Committee has made a decision regarding your application, an official letter will be mailed to you. Admission decisions are not provided over the telephone."

To me, that sounds like bad news. Has anyone gotten that message, or known someone who got that message and got an acceptance letter? Thanks.
