Anyone going to FSAP

I just got my FSAP confirmation letter and stuff, anyone else plan on going?

it's too expensive; it's definitely not for the people who are struggling to pay for tuition at WashU - every $k counts. $3k is out of the question.

yeah, i think they do allow the same percent of financial aid for fsap that they do during the regular year. If im not mistaken, I think I will be eligible for all but $800 in aid for FSAP, if not...its okay cause i have extra scholarship money to pay for it.

i filled out my stuff today
just got to take my picture =)

^which track are you doing, I'm doing the Calc track simply because I hate science and history

forgot to mention... FSAP doesn't seem to have a very large variety of courses available to us; they're all intro courses and whatnot. i know that for me and many others, we've already learned or are learning basically everything they're offering. seems too high a price to pay to jumpstart our undergraduate experience, for so little intellectual return.

well to me, i just want to get some credits out the way so i can use my max 15 units of prematriculation credit for other things

hm. that's a good choice then, i guess. i'm glad though, that the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences has not placed a limit on the number of AP credits i can accumulate before matriculation. or so i've heard...

I'm excited to see everyone who is going! FSAP is amazing, it always has been and it always will be. I promise you won't regret your decision - this summer will be incredible.

im doing the social studies/humanities track, i would rather have gotten calc out of the way but im prelaw so meh.......the world history class sounds awesome tho so im still super excited

im just excited about getting to register early and live in the campus for a month ahead of time

i think i'm doing it.. if i didnt sign up to late ekk. do you think there will be still be space by about april 20??

can anybody explain the "clusters" system because i dont really get it. i was considering taking zoology or calculus in order to get credit for it even though i'm definitely not pursuing either for a major. but does that mean i'd had to take another zoology-type class to fulfill a "cluster"? because then i'd rather do calculus.. although that might be too difficult. ahh.. requirements are so annoying, i'd rather just do world history.

anyways, i'm waay excited. cant wait to meet everybody!
