<p>I am a bit confused as well - I did not think that Andover had on line notification of admission decisions. If they do - how does one access the decision?</p>

<p>I think Goodchoices was talking about one of the other GLADCHEMMS schools, NOT Andover. Goodchoices previously posted that they didn’t apply to Andover.</p>

<p>@Madaket: Andover only has online decisions for internationals. All domestic applicants will receive a letter, unless the applicant is accepted - acceptance comes via a fed-ex package. </p>

<p>I’m not 100% sure if what I wrote above is true, but its what I’ve gathered from recent threads.</p>

<p>HKnewparent: the thread is that indeed. I’ve gathered that goodchoices was just showing that letter to show that legacies, donors, etc. have the option to find out decisions beforehand from other schools…so it could be the same for Andover?</p>

<p>I think goodchoice’s post needs to be read outside the context of this thread - she cannot be referring to Andover unless, as 2010 hopeful said, she is an international applicant. Anyway, maybe goodchoices can help us out here and clarify her post.</p>

<p>Goodchoices was responding to comments regarding the possibility of advance notice to legacies. She was not referring to Andover. And Andover does not have online notification for domestic applicants.</p>

<p>Goodchoices previously posted that they applied to Deerfield, Hotchkiss, and Lawrenceville. Deerfield doesn’t have online decisions, so it is either Hotchkiss or Lawrenceville both of which have online notifications.</p>

<p>I was just making the point that some applicants (legacies) at some schools, will know their fate before 3/10.</p>

<p>At this point, no news is good news!</p>

<p>Not precisely, but I believe it was mid-morning last year (9-10 a.m.). You may be able to look through threads from 3/10/10 to see when people started acknowledging receipt of the decisions. Good luck!!!</p>
