I'm hoping mine will arrive sooner rather than later, because I'm not visiting if I can't afford it. :)

Got it online.

Er, how? sheepish

On-line, it indicates a letter was sent, but there is no info under awards. Does that mean S didn't get anything??

i have nothing posted yet... they really need to send stuff soon! i was chosen as a $2500 national merit scholar (no one from my school's ever gotten it, so i really want to accept it), and called to ask about their policies. i know vandy funds the kids chosen as scholars after their first year, but cmu doesn't. i really, really want to know if they'll give me enough in scholarships to let me accept it!!! and, the thing is, i have to contact nm by april 4, so i'm a bit worried.

^debbiesp, they probably use the same policy with fin aid as decisions. check in a few days, and it should be posted.

I just checked the website and it says my son's financial aid eligibility letter was sent on March 27th. It also listed the amounts and types of aid under the Financial Aid Awards section. The package is somewhat disappointing compared to what some of his other schools have given him especially when considering Carnegie's cost of attendance. I understand he can appeal the award and have them look at his other offers and I will encourage him to do that.
