Anyone have any suggestions for a modest student?

<p>And yes, I actually mean "modest," since 3/4 of the thread titles here are bs'd.Not your usual format, but I need some public/private school suggestions. If I leave out any important information, feel free to reply. </p>

2 years as a Newspaper editor
Secretary for a literary publication club
200+ hours community service

<p>Any suggestions? I'm definitely applying to the UC's, but I need some help selecting some (if any), private schools to try for. If you want, chancing me for the UC's would be appreciated as well .</p>

berkeley is a high reach
UCLA is a reach.
UCSB- Match
UCSD-High Match
UCI-Match
UCSC-Low Match
Merced and Riverside- in.
for privates, pepperdine, University of San Diego, U of San Francisco, Boston University, and why not try USC? All the privates should be matches/high matches, USC is a reach.</p>
