LHHSmom did your daughter find out about the rejection through the mail and it wasn’t posted in the SLO portal? I’m just curious if we will even know about rejections through our portal. If not Im terrified to get the mail

@ LHHSmom, it seems that both the UCs and the CSUs cross reference and acceptance at one campus may have an impact, especially with the UCs this year.

@raindroprose, my S was rejected for SLO, almost two weeks ago. The letter just came today. It was nice and they mention the ability to appeal. However, it was on the portal two weeks ago.

Biology Major. Application status changed from Ready for Review to “Referred to Impacted Plan”. Hopefully there will be a decision soon…

^Mine has been “Referred to Impacted Plan” for like a month now lol

don’t say that! I was just thinking that there was finally a light at the end of the tunnel!

What’s your major?

I applied for “computer science” (not impact) still havent heard anything!
CPP is my first choice and im so worried!!

ACT-24. SAT 1320. (low i know) but still!
GPA-3.8
any chances?
PLEASE ANYTHING.
I havent been requested any transcript or nothing. it just says.
“application recieved” anD “complete” OMG! >_<

same - ______ -

Is there a specific date that Pomona posts all results? or like a deadline?

they just said for undergrads april 1st…

They told me April 15th -_-

I applied for Computer Engineering and it said on the portal that supplements were required for all engineering majors, but I never received an email or saw it on the “To Do List.” Do you think I didn’t need to fill one out? Is it possible that not everyone needed to fill one out? Just getting worried my application has been at Application Received forever…got into CSUF but rejected everywhere else

I’m an aerospace engineering transfer.

april 15th for undergrads 0__0 wow lameeee

@jljl123 hey you’re in the same boat as me haha! I’m also computer engineer prospect; still on application received and no supplement. I called the department and they said, “we’ll call u back” lol…

@ jljl123 & blue0058 what are your GPA’s?

@smartbarbie

3.05 GPA
SAT: Math 700; Critical Reading 540

@blue0058 yeah I’m worried that the system didn’t send it to me or something and I missed it. This is my #1 choice and I really want to get in…the wait is killing me

I got my acceptance late Jan./early Feb. by letter.
I just copied most of this from the UCD forum, which I copied from the SLO forum. LOL.
Major: ChemE (first choice) with Honors program option

Graduate: HS
CSU/UC GPA: 4.0
HS GPA: 4.14
SAT: 2110/1400 (710 CR+740 W+660 M)
ACT: 30
AP: 10th (Euro-4), 11th (Art History-4, US-4), 12th (CS, Physics B, Gov, English Lit)
ECs: 4 year Key Clubber, 3 year Decathlete (captain my senior year)
Race/Gender: Asian female (FEMALE ENGINEERS WOOT WOOT!)
High school: Private Catholic (I wouldn’t say it’s competitive, but there’s really no middle ground. You’re either part of the really smart minority or not.)
Other college acceptances: Cal Poly SLO, Willamette, Portland State, Drexel, RPI, UCSD, UCD, NYU-Poly
Rejections: UCLA
Waitlist: Boston College
Colleges I still need to hear from: Cal, Vanderbilt, NYU, Columbia, and Dartmouth, but I’m really only considering SLO (as a GenEng major) and UCD. The decision is just too hard. :/

@smartBarbie 3.55 gpa, 550 math, 510 writing, 480 reading

might be helpful.

So after reading that, that means there’s absolutely no way I can take my Algebra 2 class in summer school? Do you guys know if there’s any other options?
