My professors are having trouble writing up rec letters on common app and neither I nor the professors knows how to solve the issue. There just aren’t any options showing how to upload the rec letters. I even checked out what their invitation email shows, but there wasn’t anything that led professors to a page for them to write anything.
The common app helping center is just telling me to make sure to submit it, which I told the professors, but nothing is being done. (some are at “started” and others are at “not started” phase.
Anyone having similar problem?
