I’m thinking about picking up a minor in Psych. What are your thoughts on the Psych classes you’ve taken at uMich? Were any of them in particular very interesting?
I am, although I don’t think that there is a minor in psych at Michigan, however, the major at UMich is really not too excessive, so if you want to just double major, it wouldn’t be a huge extra burden. But, to give you a little background, what I’ve found so far is that the Psych 111, while I really enjoyed Schreier, my professor, is very broad so it leaves you with a little to be desired. And so far, I’ve enjoyed the 200 level psych classes I’ve taken a lot, including Psych 211, which is a volunteer class which has been very fulfilling. You’ll also have to take Stats 250 for the major, but that isn’t bad at all.
@CSdude01 @sportsfan456 Yeah according to the LSA list of majors & minors, you cannot get a minor in Psych
