Anyone nervous for SAT saturday? Suggestions/Tips to stay calm

<p>Is anyone anxious for the test this Saturday and looking for ways to stay calm?</p>

<p>I've learned some things to help you stay awake during the test, and being alert can raise your score on average 70-200 points, even if your anywhere in the 2000s..</p>

<p>Optional/Good Tips for Saturday:
-Wake up 2 Hours before the test ATLEAST. That means 6:30 at the latest. This will assure you that will be alert during the test because you will feel like its midday.
-Exercise for 1-2 minutes
-Take a Hot shower or bath, and rinse with a cold shower for 30 seconds after.
-BRUSH YOUR TEETH, you'll feel fresh and more relaxed..
-Eat a HEARTY good breakfast that won't cause any stomach problems.
-REVIEW one or two problems per section quickly, but relax. Look over your 25+ essay examples one more time

-Make sure you have your SAT ticket, calculator w/ batteries checked, one or two snacks, a SILENT Watch (If its not silent, don't bring it)</p>

<p>That’s just … awesome. Eh, I don’t think it’ll matter much anyway. I write all the time and I’ve come to learn that whenever I try ‘planning my writing,’ everything just falls to ish. :/</p>
