<p>The transcript needs to be official.
If it is like years past, instructions for taking the CFA will come with your application packet---it can be administered by a coach at school.
You do not need to have taken the CFA or DODMERB to get an LOA.</p>

<p>I have been having trouble with my candidate site for sometime. First the password/login wouldn't work. I cantacted the MALO, and she said she would talk to admissions. After about 3 weeks no change, I contacted Admissions. Now I can login, but the page says application pending for the last three weeks. I really want to get started, but it seems like one roadblock after another. Anyone else had these problems?</p>

<p>The "application pending" part is because the 2nd Step kit hasn't come out yet. Mine's been that way since December when I opened the file.</p>
