What are the benifits that you get when you send the fee this early?

My understanding is that there is a benefit to sending the $200 by 3/1/07, in order to get housing forms in the first round, but otherwise there is no advantage.

Nervousmommy is correct. You will be among the first to recieve the housing forms, so you will get priority for that...

Sent in my enrollment yesterday. Where's the best place for freshmen? I hear Central Campus is awesome. I'm also enrolled into LSA.

Actually, first dibs at dorms is one of two major benefits of paying your enrollment fee early. The second major benefit is that you get the take advantage of an early orientation and class registration, which pretty much means you will can get into more of the classes you want and work a schedule that is more convenient. If you know for a fact that you are going to Michigan, do not delay the paying of the enrollment fee.

I called the Admissions Office with this specific question, and was told that, as long as you send in the $$ by 3/1, there's no advantage to sending it before 3/1 and they do not prioritize by date sent in Jan, Feb etc.

Are you saying something different?? thanks.

Yes, that sounds about right. 3/1 is probably the soonest Michigan starts processing enrollment checks.

I just sent my enrollment fee. :)

I sent in my enrollment fee a few weeks ago, lol. Am I right in thinking that submitting the fee early helps a great deal with getting into the Residential College? I have already confirmed with the RC that I want to be in it, so I should get in, right?

I sent my enrollment fee via wolverine access. How do you know it was sent on wolverine access? (it still shows the "respond now" button giving me the accept and decline choices)
