I'd like to take the Italian SAT II because I'm taking AP Italian now, and I feel that I'm a pretty decent Italian student (I got a 92 on the NYS Regents exam). How hard is the test? What is the format? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

my italian teacher recommended that i take it....but i saw some sample questions on collegeboard's website and it seems hard...you can check it out yourself and see where you stand

Non e' per niente difficile ;), se conosci la lingua e hai rivisto i tuoi vocabulari e la grammatica in generale, prenderai 800

Se lo trovi difficile, prega a Dio :P

Grazie, elakhna. Tu sei un grande aiuto. :)

Io sono Italiana d'origine. Meno male! :D

so i've had italian for 3 years...is that enough preparation or am i gonna have to study a lot to get a good grade on this? is the curve harsh? mille grazie

bumpere...

bapadaboopi?

i also cant seem to find any sources for test prep.....how do people prepare for this besides being native speakers and taking the class?

also, does anyone know what the curve is like for it? what would a 58 raw score give you?

I too am debating whether or not to take the Italian SAT II.
What kinds of questions do they ask? Is it very difficult?
