So how do guys think you'll do? How have you guys prepared?

Personally, my Biology E/M class covered all topics except Plant and Animal Behavior and I have been self studying, , which I'll probably get through this weekend. I used Barrons Book.

I am taking E. I am currently in AP Biology, but our AP Bio course this year has been switched in order. We start from Ecology, and work down to Molecular. Our school is on a grant, and the people offering the grant say that it’ll help because Molecular is MUCH harder than Ecology, so the fresh material will stay in our head during the AP Exam.

I am using the Barron’s prep book, and it’s helping me a TON. The molecular stuff and all of that, which I have had little experience in, has been taught to me through Barrons. I am going through 1 chapter a day, and I should be finished with 3 days to spare, in which I will go back to the hardest sections I remember, and re-read them. That’s about it… I’m hoping for 700+, I got a 600 on the diagnostic without any information on Molecular stuff. And as you know, the Barron’s book is loads harder, so I am relatively confident in myself.

I too am taking the test in just 2 weeks. I am VERY NERVOUS. I really enjoy Biology however, the last time I took regular Academic Biology was in Freshman year and I barely remembered anything. right now I am doing extensive studying. I got through my Barron’s book once and now I am going through it again making Chapter outlines for each chapter. I took the Sparknotes tests all 5 of them. And I made 2 accounts so I took them 10 times. My highest grade was only a 660 and I am a bit scared. lol Moreover, in the books I keep recieving about a 600 in both my Barron and PR books. I bought the barron’s book with the CD so I have an additional 2. Very nerve wrecking i am aiming for a 700 at the bare minimum but more hoping for a 750+. I’m so scared that the test will end up being nothing like barron’s the collegeboard 10 questions they give me seem to easy. Regardless good luck! We should even form a study forum of questions here. Good luck everyone !

Barrons Book is Very Good Book

What is Ur Opinion :
i will Skip from Experimental Questions in the test ???

It depends, some experimental questions are questions that are detailed very well in the Barrons book, and it’s easy to understand. And some, perhaps the fruitflies one, are more difficult and could be left alone unless you KNOW the answer.

Keep that idea, but don’t hold to it stubbornly. If you think you know one of the answers, just go for it. If you don’t, just skip.

wofbharatj : you r right But : in DEC test Experiments loose me my score in Biology E/M :s:s AND i cant understand experiments i guess the answer and become another Answer :s:S i hope u understand me …

has anyone taken the test? I have seen those forums when people put the question and the questions seem ridiculously hard. or are they just not as straightforward. Are the questions on collegeboard even accurate. They seem WAY too easy.?
also usually the experimental ones you just have to answer the question. It is usually there looking you in the face. Question: if I see a certain diagram and I don’t know it should I just skip the entire section. a lot of things if you get 1 wrong you will get all 4 wrong?

Don’t skip the entire section. The questions don’t base themselves off of other questions. They are based off of a chart, or nothing at all, and you just answer it.
