<p>Does anyone want to read through the common app essay that I'm thinking about using? I used the following prompt but am afraid that I strayed a little too far from the essay topic. Should we specifically refer to the prompt in our essay or be less formal about it? Thanks!</p>

<p>I wouldn’t specifically refer to the question, as in, I wouldn’t quote it or restate it. From the content of your essay a reader should be able to surmise the question being asked though.</p>
