I was waitlisted to Carleton and accidentally left the letter where I can't get it now! If anyone else was waitlisted to Carleton, please tell me what I have to do in order to secure a spot on their waitlist. Thank you.</p>

<p>(2) If that doesn’t work, just send an email to the admissions office saying that you’d like to remain on the waiting list and asking if there’s anything else they need you to do.</p>
<p>Yes, for now sending Admissions an e-mail saying you’d like to remain on the waiting list is the thing to do. If Carleton is truly your first choice, and you can honestly say that you would attend if accepted (your parents need to be on board with that), you can follow up with a letter explaining that, and providing any updates regarding academic achievement, etc.</p>
