I love to bake. It's definitely my passion, but I just get so frustrated sometimes. I've tried over and over to make simple, light and fluffy cupcakes, but I've yet to find a good recipe.

Anyway, does anyone here bake? How often? What do you like to bake? Do you have a home economics class at school? A baking club? I'm thinking about creating a baking club at my school, but I don't know if it'll get approved.

Lol, I’m sure I’m not the only one who read the title and got a different impression.

I don’t bake, I burn. Macaroni and cheese, cookies, muffins, you name it. Anything I try to bake comes out black and crispy. I give major kudos to people who can bake well, it’s a lot harder than just following a simple recipe.

I LOVE to bake. So much that for my MYP Project (Pre-IB few months project) I baked 3 wedding cakes. One French one, one Icelandic one and one 3-tier american one. The bottom layer was chocolate raspberry. The middle tier was traditional vanilla and the top tier what red velvet with white chocolate raspberry filling. And for my sisters Bat Mitzvah I’m baking cupcakes for it (like 200). I’m so excited!

I love love love baking My favorite are cheese cakes with a crushed-oreo-cookie layer and I also make blueberry muffins, chocolate cakes =)
Except I’m no pro, like superstarlala sounds to be… Just a normal amateur! heehee

Check out allrecipes, foodnetwork, epicurious websites. Read the reviews. I love to bake too. The reviews give all sorts of helpful hints. I have no problem making delicious treats. My problem is trying not to eat them all.
