As I state above, is there anyone who receive an e-mail from UCSD?

not I........

nope... nothing

nothing...

My D. got a flyer from UCSD in the mail this week which directed her to <myapplication.ucsd.edu>. The flyer looks a little like junk mail but on the front its says: Warm climate, hot classes, cool students -- and we have your Application for Fall 2006!</myapplication.ucsd.edu>

When you go to the web site, here is what it tells you to do:

"Welcome to UCSD's undergraduate application tracking! If you are an undergraduate applicant and would like to know the status of your application, login to application tracking using your application ID number, date of birth and city of birth as entered on your application.

The application ID number is listed on the Acknowledgement Letter sent to you within four weeks of submitting your application."

Most of the UCs have their sites open (not UCLA) and, except for UCSC, which sends you their own user ID and password, you can get into them with APP ID, birthday or some other info only you would have.

no email. but i did get the snail mail.

I got the same mail as the one eastbaymom is describing.

oh, come to think of it.. i got that flyer too

please let me know the UCSD application tracking website!!

it was posted: <myapplication.ucsd.edu>.</myapplication.ucsd.edu>

I applied there but I have no intersted in the school.

ahhaahah kevin you have too much money, man! :D

same as kevintech, mainly because ucsd doesn't really have a business major, but i applied anyways because i desparately hate my school....

Man, how comes i heard so many people dislike CC...
However, I personally like CC because i kind of see it as giving me a second chance to go to my first choice school plus i have met so many wonderful motivated students here too; the professors i met are especially very helpful and encourging that i get to know them very well even after the courses have ended; they give me so much information about career, majors and advices... I really appreciate studying at my CC even though i am transferring to UC soon.

too bad i don't go to a CC... though i sometimes wish i would have enrolled as to make the transfer process easier.
