i think my grade, which is a 3, is seriously wrong b/c during practice tests i was safely in 5 range. should i make someone in collegeboard regrade the mc section by hand?

If it could change whether you get credit at universities you're likely to attend, I would probably do it. If not, AP scores don't really make much of a difference in college admissions, and I'm not really sure if it would be worth it. Ultimately it comes down to how willing you are to risk losing whatever amount of money they charge for hand-grading.

I wouldn't bother. US Gov't has one of the lowest percentages of people getting 5's, and this year's test was extremely, extremely easy, so the curve will have been highly unforgiving.

Most colleges today don't even give credit for AP US Gov't so don't bother. I also received a 3 when I took it two years ago but I had a weak teacher and I didn't enjoy the subject anyways.

don't bother. You most likely DID get a 3, so don't waste the money. At least this way you can continue thinking you did better and leave that little "unknown."

I also got a 3 and I cant freaking believe it... I'm so psd off right now. Dude I mean Gov, I would get like 85-90% range in MC sections, the essays were hilarious, I just cant believe it. But w/e ill get an easy in college then....

i also got a 3. i am so mad because i dont think ive ever studied harder for anything in my life. i was expecting at least a 4. maybe i was too overconfident.

Last year, I got a 3 on that AP exam. Only one kid in my class got a 5, several got fours, a few got threes, but many failed, including some that no one would have guessed.

Yea, don't bother spending the money unless it depends on whether or not you get credit at a university. The test really was pretty easy (some of the questions were ridiculously easy) so the curve was probably set high. Seems like you're not the only one that feels the same way...I myself felt like i got a five...i got a four...eh :/

My school usually end up with a bunch of 5s every year in gov.. which is odd because we don't get many 5s in any other subjects.
