Anything I Should Be Attending?

I got accepted into Rutgers a few months back and committed to going. I've been following the enrollment pathway but that really doesn't tell you too much. Are there any events coming up that I should/am required to attend? I feel like I should be more involved and not so aloof.

No events in particular. There is an open house coming up in early April, but they will send you an email or postcard in the mail about it.

The only “eventful” things I can think of are the placement testings that start in April and the Schools of Arts and Sciences academic planning day (in May) where you choose classes. And then there’s the summer orientation program that they started this last year, but that isn’t until I believe July.

Keep following the enrollment pathway though just to make sure Rutgers has received everything they asked for!

I attended Rutgers Day before enrolling in Rutgers and I liked it a lot. Try it out! It’s not mandatory, but it is quite fun and it’s a good starting point for clubs and orgs before you get to the fall involvement fair next fall.
