Are there any other specific schools at colleges that cater to international relations, political science interests?

You cant go wrong with any school in the DC area as well as most of the ivies

Brown and Dartmouth are known for their IR and study abroad programs. Princeton has a good IR department but I BELIEVE it is difficult to study abroad there, though I could be wrong. Until recently it was difficult to study abroad at Yale and Harvard, though they are trying to change that, it is still relatively unpopular there. Yale does not have an IR major.

I second isehockey...GW and American both have separate schools for international studies.

While Tufts' Fletcher School is not a separate undergrad foreign service program, it does influence the undergrad program through the resources it brings to campus.

Tufts and GWU definitely

Claremont McKenna is another excellent option that sends quite a few of its grads into foreign service and political careers.
