AP Art? (Studio Art)

I'm a junior and I will be taking AP studio art upcoming two years. So pretty much I'm taking AP Studio art in my junior and senior year. And we submit our drawings at the end of the senior year so pretty much it's gonna concern me awhile.

The problem is: I've taken art for just one year which was the beginning class(and other kids that will be in AP Art have taken it for 2 years so I'd say they are rather more qualified than I am), and to be honest I don't really think I have any talent in art whatsoever (I was recommended to be put in AP Art class and I accepted just because I'll be taking another AP class, ya know).

So if there's anyone who has taken AP Studio Art, is this class gonna be really hard? or is this class the class that I can pass through if I put an effort to it?

Tell me anything you've got, it'll be appreciated.

Studio art is pretty time-consuming. If you put in the effort, the class should be fine, but a lot of work is required to score well on the test. The nice thing is, out of the 24 pieces you submit for the test, 12 are there to show your versatility as an artist...so you could potentially use some of your past work.

But since you're taking it just for the "AP" title, why don't you opt for something you're more interested in?
